Due to the nature of educational kits and learning materials, returns are not accepted unless:- The product arrives damaged, or
- An incorrect item has been delivered.

Reporting Issues
- Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damage or incorrect item.
- Proof of damage (such as photos/videos) may be required to process your request.

- If your return request is approved, you will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
