Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made via Lilara, including educational kits, books, and related materials.
  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing.
    • Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  2. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the nature of educational kits and learning materials, returns are not accepted unless:
    • The product arrives damaged, or
    • An incorrect item has been delivered.
  3. Reporting Issues
    • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damage or incorrect item.
    • Proof of damage (such as photos/videos) may be required to process your request.
  4. Refund Process
    • If your return request is approved, you will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Items
    • Items used, opened, or not in their original condition.
    • Digital downloads and resources.
    • Orders reported after the 3-day window.
